MicroE Lab Facilities MicroE Lab is equipped with integrated circuit design, wafer fabrication and test facilities for microelectronics training and development. DESIGN The design facilities include a complete set of IC and PCB ECAD tools and Programmable Logic Development tools. TEST The test facilities include IC verifier, PCB test systems, semiconductor parameter analyser, dicing saw, wire bonder, wafer mounter, fluid dispenser and bond tester. WAFER FABRICATION The wafer fabrication facilities include a Class 1000 cleanroom equipped with a diffusion furnace, a reactive ion etcher, a thermal evaporator, wet benches, an asher system, photolithography and metrology tools.
